PMP2020-23 - Request for Proposals for Glazing Repair and Replacement, Residential

Mainstay Housing (Mainstay) is inviting you to submit a response to this Request for Proposals for firms wishing to be added to the Vendor of Record roster for Glazing Repairs and Replacements for Residential Properties in Mainstay’s portfolio in accordance with Mainstay’s policies and procedures and this package.

Mainstay is a non-profit agency that provides housing for mental health consumer-survivors.  It is one of City of Toronto’s largest private non-profit supportive housing providers with 867 units offering a variety of housing options with varying degrees of support.  Mainstay has 38 residential properties across the City of Toronto.  The properties range from single detached homes to 6 storey low-rise apartments.
