Description

Mainstay Housing (Mainstay) is inviting you to submit a response to this Request for Supplier Qualifications for Preventative Maintenance and Demand Maintenance services for Chillers in three apartment buildings in Mainstay’s portfolio in accordance with the Manufacturer’s specification and this package. The deadline for the RFSQ submission is 5 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Monday July 20, 2020.

Mainstay is one of the City of Toronto's largest private non-profit supportive housing providers.

A separate Request for Supplier Qualifications for Preventative Maintenance and Demand Maintenance and subsequent Request for Proposal process will be issued for HVAC components in the Apartments component of the Mainstay portfolio. As well, a separate Request for Supplier Qualifications for Preventative Maintenance and Demand Maintenance and subsequent Request for Proposal process will be issued for HVAC components in the Housing and Group Homes component of the Mainstay portfolio.
