Mainstay Housing (Mainstay) is inviting you to submit a response to this Request for Proposals for the Planned Routine Inspection and Maintenance Services for the Garbage Handling Systems in six locations where this equipment is installed in Mainstay’s portfolio, in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and requirements.
Mainstay is a non-profit agency that provides housing for mental health consumer-survivors. It is one of the City of Toronto’s largest private non-profit supportive housing providers with 867 units offering a variety of housing options with varying degrees of support. Mainstay has 38 residential properties across the City of Toronto. The properties range from single detached homes to 6 storey low-rise apartments.
