A pre-tender meeting will be held at the project site (see attached direction map) on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 11:30am local time.
The work to be undertaken is generally described as: Siksika Nation Ball Diamond Complex – Landscaping includes approximately but not limited to:
· Top (top dressing) for the Ball Diamond Outfield.
- Supply and install 6.25mm Shale for Ball Diamond
- Supply and Install Seeding for the Ball Diamond Outfield
- Supply and Install Galvanized chain link fences and gate
- FINAL PROJECT COMPLETION – SPRING/SUMMER 2018
Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certificate Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount and an Agreement to Bond (Surety’s Consent) in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the tendered amount as a Performance Bond and in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the tendered amount as a Labour and Materials Payment Bond.
A MINIMUM OF 30% LOCAL EMPLOYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED IN THIS CONTRACT (which includes, all trades, trucking, rentals, suppliers)
SIKSIKA NATION RESERVES THE RIGHT, WITHOUT PREJUDICE, TO REJECT ANY OR ALL TENDERS.
