This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by Infrastructure Ontario (“IO”).
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select a Successful Respondent for the provision of Service Desk Services (the “Services”).

Full details are provided in the RFP document, which is available only through MERX at www.merx.com or 1-800-964-6379, reference number RFP 20-046. Only Submissions received from Respondents who obtained documents directly from MERX will be considered for this RFP.

Proposal Submissions shall be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”).

Late or misdirected Submissions will not be considered.
