Description

Infrastructure Ontario (IO) seeks to procure a single Vendor who will provide access to the full range of real estate advisory and brokerage expertise in markets where IO is active. The Vendor will be tasked with providing, either directly or through partnerships or subcontracts, the required Disposition (open market) Services required to efficiently divest the province of its surplus properties, thereby generating revenue and reducing liability within its real estate portfolio. In addition, the Vendor will provide, from time to time, Acquisition Services and Ancillary Consulting Services across the province.
