**NOTE: Respondents who have submitted Proposals for the previous RFP No. 19-159 should not re-submit.**

Respondents who did not submit to RFP No. 19-159 may submit a proposal in response to this RFP No. 19-191 to provide the Services in one or more of the following categories:

General Real Estate and Leasing
Labour and Employment
Lending and Banking
Project Delivery and Commercial Projects
Dispute Resolution
Corporate and Commercial

This is an “Everfresh VOR”, and the term for the VOR List does not expire. IO may add additional Qualified Vendors to this VOR.
