Description

Infrastructure Ontario is issuing this RFP to establish a VOR List for provision of legal advisory services (“Services”). The Services that IO will require from time to time are divided into categories as detailed below. IO intends to select the Successful Law Firm to provide Services on an as and when needed basis. Respondents may submit their proposal to provide the Services in one or more of the following categories:

General Real Estate and Leasing
Labour and Employment
Lending and Banking
Project Delivery and Commercial Projects
Dispute Resolution
Corporate and Commercial

This is an “Everfresh VOR”, and the term for the VOR List does not expire. IO may add additional Qualified Vendors to this VOR.
