This RFP is issued by Infrastructure Ontario on behalf of The Ministry of Infrastructure.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select a Successful Respondent for the provision of project monitoring services (the “Services”) for the Natural Gas Grant Program Liquefied Natural Gas Project (the “Project”).  The Project requires the services of an Independent Engineer.

Full details are provided in the RFP document, which is available only through MERX at www.merx.com or 1-800-964-6379, reference number RFP 19-025. Only Submissions received from Respondents who obtained documents directly from MERX will be considered for this RFP.

Proposal Submissions shall be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”).               
Late or misdirected Submissions will not be considered.
