Description

IO currently uses two Project Management Software Systems to support its capital and other Project Management delivery services.

Both these systems provide project management functionality, including project oversight and governance but they have been configured and are used in different ways to support their respective delivery methods.

IO is looking to conduct an assessment to validate that one system can meet the breadth of project management and governance needs across IO and to select the optimal system(s) to meet these needs.
