Description

The purpose of this RFP is to retain a Project Management Service Company
(“PMSC”) to undertake the project management of design, implementation and
tenant improvements, furniture supply and installation, IT implementation, move
coordination, Health and Safety, as well as post-occupancy to facilitate the decant
of MacDonald Block into three (3) separate buildings in Toronto (the “Project”).
Infrastructure Ontario (IO) invites project management companies to submit
Proposals for the provision of the Services. Through this RFP process, IO intends
to identify a Successful Respondent for the provision of the Services through a
transparent, fair and competitive procurement process.
