Description

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by Infrastructure Ontario on behalf of the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services (“MCSCS”, the “Client”, or the “Ministry”).
The RFP invites Respondents to submit Proposals to provide planning, design and conformance (“PDC”) consulting services (the “Services”) for the following new correctional facilities which will become part of MCSCS:

Thunder Bay Correctional Complex (TBCC); and
Ottawa Correctional Complex (OCC);

(together, the “Project” or “Correctional Complexes”).
Please note: The new correctional facilities will be procured as separate and distinct projects utilizing the AFP Design Build Finance and Maintain delivery model.

The Successful Respondent shall provide a team of specialists who can deliver all Services and complete the assignment within the specified timeframe. The Successful Respondent’s team shall be led by the consultant firm who is identified to deliver the architectural services and shall include all the other consulting disciplines as noted in Appendix A to Schedule 3 - Draft Agreement.
