Description

Infrastructure Ontario requires a third party general analysis of the level of adherence to internal IO and Ontario Public Service (“OPS”) policies, procedures and to applicable regulations and legislation related to health, safety and environmental law in Ontario by Project Management Service Providers (PMSP) and IO Property Services Small Works (“Small Works”) business unit. This will involve a combined high level desktop review of project documentation and telephone interviews with applicable service provider and IO staff. It is anticipated that a total of 45 projects will be required to be reviewed as part of this assessment.

Deliverables will include a full summary report on findings as well as recommendations to achieve a higher level of compliance in future for PMSP and Small Works projects.
