Description

The RFP invites Respondents to submit Proposals to provide planning, design and conformance (“PDC”) consulting services (the “Services”) for the Grosvenor Office Tower Project (the “Project”).
Infrastructure Ontario invites consulting firms to submit Proposals for the provision of the Services as further detailed in Appendix A to Schedule 3 - Draft Agreement. Through this RFP process, the Sponsor intend to identify a Successful Respondent for the provision of the Services through a transparent, fair and competitive procurement process.

The Successful Respondent shall provide a team of specialists who can deliver all Services and complete the assignment within the specified timeframe. The Successful Respondent’s team shall be led by the consultant firm who is identified to deliver the architectural services and shall include all the other consulting disciplines as noted in Appendix A to the Draft Agreement.
