This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by Infrastructure Ontario on behalf of Kingston Health Sciences Center (“KHSC”, the “Client”, or the “Hospital”).

Infrastructure Ontario and the Hospital are collectively referred to herein as the “Sponsors”.

The RFP invites Respondents to submit Proposals to provide planning, design and conformance (“PDC”) consulting services (the “Services”) for the Kingston General Hospital Phase Two Redevelopment Project (the “Project”).

The executed NDA must be submitted by email in PDF format to the Contact Person identified in Section 3.3(1), identifying the name of the firm, contact person’s phone number, and email address that will access the additional background information.
