The purpose of this RFP is to retain a vendor to provide multi-functional devices and managed print services to Infrastructure Ontario. The Respondent must be able to provide the MFDs required by Infrastructure Ontario over the course of this engagement and will provide both purchase and lease options at the "best price" including turn-key service/maintenance and cost per page for all equipment supplied.
