Description

The purpose of this RFP is to identify a training provider to deliver a 1-day training program for IO employees, in order to equip them with the mindset of purposeful communication, discipline in focusing on the needs of their audience, and verbal and non-verbal techniques for delivering message persuasively. This training program shall support the learners in making the shift towards more effective on-the-job application of these skills. IO plans to deliver this training via multiple training sessions. Minor customization/modification of the existing training content of the training provider may be required in order to meet specific needs.
Working Title: Influencing: Delivering Message Persuasively

Target Audience: IO employees at all levels. We expect to have participants with different skill and experience levels within the same class.

Class size: Between 10 and 15 participants

IO is looking for a highly interactive workshop that would allow an opportunity to apply new learning and practice new skills in a safe environment.
