Description

The purpose of this RFP is to identify a training provider to deliver a 1-day training program for IO employees, in order to equip them with the mindset of purposeful communication, discipline in focusing on the needs of their audience, and tools for crafting an effective message. This training program shall support the learners in making the shift towards more effective on-the-job application of these skills.

IO plans to deliver this training via multiple training sessions. Minor customization/modification of the existing training content of the training provider may be required in order to meet specific needs.

Working Title: Influencing: Crafting an Effective Message

Target Audience: IO employees at all levels. We expect to have participants with different skill and experience levels within the same class.

Class size: Between 12 and 20 participants

IO is looking for a highly interactive workshop that would allow an opportunity to apply new learning and practice new skills in a safe environment.
