Description

Infrastructure Ontario is seeking a third party financial consultant to review, report and make recommendations on the business, assets and affairs of a nonprofit organization (“Company") to IO and the Ministry of Infrastructure. The Successful Respondent’s engagement will include the following:
a) Review Company’s financial position including its financial statements, cash flows, liquidity, leverage, financial projections as well as business and operational viability;
b) Develop and recommend a restructuring plan for the Company; and
c) Monitor and report on the progress of the Company’s restructuring plan to ensure timely completion of all action plans.
