20-167 - Facilities Management for Trillium Health Partners- Mississauga Site

The Facilities Management Advisor will provide advisory services to IO and the Hospital on facilities management and life cycle strategies, produce project specific facilities management output specifications (the “FMOS”), which will be integrated into the Project Specific Output Specifications (the “PSOS”) by the planning, design and compliance consultant (the “PDC”), and provide lifecycle and facilities management costing. During the DBFM procurement process, the Successful Respondent will provide technical input and support to prepare DBFM RFP documentation, to clarify, and as necessary amend the FMOS, and to support IO and the Hospital during the evaluation, selection and negotiation processes.  The Successful Respondent will also provide expert service during the project implementation phase and will develop an audit tool for ongoing assessment of the facilities management services of the facility.
