Description

Purpose
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified organizations to design, develop, and implement a company-wide web-based employee survey at Infrastructure Ontario.

Scope of Services
The employee survey will be administered to the entire organization’s staff with a target survey launch date of October 2017. The survey shall ascertain the level of employee engagement, how well employee experience is aligned to the IO’s organizational vision and priorities, how well the organization enables its employees to deliver at the top of their professional abilities and motivation, and identify areas of concern that require attention as well as opportunities to continue to improve.
