Infrastructure Ontario ("IO") is seeking the provision of employee assistance program (“EAP”) services (“Services”) to its employees. The Services are broken down into two (2) primary categories:
1. Core Services are services that will be offered to all of its employees and eligible dependents, and
2. Optional Services are services that will provide IO with flexibility for specialized services on an optional basis.
