Description

The Project is to be delivered under the design, build, finance, maintain P3 model.

The Project will consolidate and rationalize services from three existing facilities within NH: the Greater Niagara General Site, the Port Colborne Site and the Douglas Memorial Site, as well as selected services from the Welland County Hospital site – into an estimated 1.25 million square foot new facility, planned on a 49.8 acre greenfield site in Niagara Falls. The Project is being developed under the Ministry of Health’s 5-stage capital planning process. Each stage builds on information developed in the one before and moves from planning through design and implementation. The Project will be an integral part of a connected healthcare system that will improve the patient and caregiver experience and strengthen access to local services.

Applicants are requested to register in AWARD under their Applicant name for the purpose of submitting a Prequalification Submission via the Prequalification Submission - Portal.
