17-200 - Consulting Services for GREP Realty Operating Model Review

Infrastructure Ontario (IO), on behalf of the Ministry of Infrastructure (MOI), is seeking a third party consultant team to complete a business case and an implementation plan that outlines key findings and options on how to deliver an optimal future enterprise real estate model including strategies to address barriers to change. Building on existing work to ensure we continue to advance towards identification of options for an alternate delivery model structure(s) and associated operational processes/roles/relationships that would optimize how real estate is delivered in the provincial government. This will ensure value for money is achieved. Critical to the success in delivering the services will be a consultant team with effective, efficient, and innovative engagement skills and expert knowledge on organizational development, with particular emphasis in the real estate and/or public sector.
