Request for Proposals for Consulting & Advisory Services for the Health Care Facility Capital Development Pilot Project

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by Infrastructure Ontario (“IO”) on behalf of the Ministry of Health (“MOH”), the Ministry of Long-Term Care (“MLTC”) and Trillium Health Partners (“THP”).
The purpose of this RFP is to select a Successful Respondent for the provision of Consulting and Advisory Services (the “Services”) for the Health Care Facility Capital Development Pilot Project. IO, MOH, MLTC and THP (collectively, the “Sponsors”) have partnered on a pilot project (the “Pilot”) aimed at making improvements that will create value for the broader health care system in terms of cost, timeliness and quality in delivering health care facilities, specifically hospitals and long-term care homes.

Proposal Submissions shall be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”). Late or misdirected Submissions will not be considered.
