Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the Independent Electricity System Operator (the “IESO”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Real Estate Brokerage Services, as further described in Section 2 of Appendix C – IESO Information & Requirements (the "Deliverables"), for a period of five (5) years or the expiration of the latest dated lease (or sublease), whichever is later. The Term for additional services to be provided on an ad-hoc basis, or as required by the IESO, will be determined by the Term of the IESO’s negotiated Lease Agreement.
