RFP-358 - RFP-358 EDI Strategy

The IESO is seeking a qualified Service Provider to help with the development and rollout of a 5-year EDI strategy, aligned to the IESO’s broader organizational strategy and values. To support the development and rollout of this strategy, the Service Provider will conduct a current state assessment, to understand and leverage actions taken to-date and employee feedback; develop an EDI strategy based on the current state assessment, including acknowledging progress to date and establishing short-, medium- and longer-term priorities and expected outcomes, and how they will be reported, measured and monitored over time; and, support the rollout of the EDI strategy, including engagement with IESO employees, and the development of a communications plan and activation tactics.
