Description

The IESO’s Energy Affordability Program and Enbridge’s Home Winterproofing Program are designed to support energy efficiency and affordability province-wide for income-eligible households in Ontario. The IESO and Enbridge are collaborating to issue a single Request for Proposal (“RFP”) with the intent of selecting the same service providers for program delivery. It should be noted that, although this is a joint procurement, the IESO and Enbridge will enter into separate service agreements with service providers as a result of the RFP.

This notice is not a bid solicitation. The IESO, on behalf of both parties, endeavours to issue the RFP in the summer of 2021 (July/August).
