ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the IESO through the Bidding System no later than the Proposal Submission Deadline specified in the RFQ Timetable. The IESO shall rely on the time stamp provided by the Bidding System to determine whether a Quotation was submitted on or before the Proposal Submission Deadline specified in the RFQ Timetable. Any other form of Quotation submission, including by hardcopy, e-mail or facsimile will not be accepted or considered by the IESO.
