Description

The IESO is looking for proposals for the provision of performing necessary Operating and Maintenance (“O&M”) cost assessments, act as the O&M expert in reviewing audit supporting documentation and prepare audit reports involving Real Time - Generation Cost Guarantee (RT-GCG) program participants. The proponent will also assist in the determination of eligible avoidable costs when determining reference levels, reference quantities and offer caps for the IESO’s Market Power Mitigation (MPM) Framework.
