Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the Independent Electricity System Operator (the “IESO”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a Freedom of Information (FOI) eDiscovery Solution as described in Appendix C of this RFP (the "Services") for a period of three (3) years. The IESO may, in its discretion, extend the term of the initial Agreement for up to two (2) additional one-year periods.
