The IESO is seeking a better understanding of these emerging resources, as well as how the functions, capabilities, and processes of the IESO might evolve to enable electricity system transformation in a cost-effective way, while ensuring reliability. Through this RFP, the IESO is intends to enter into an Agreement with two (2) Service Providers for Economic Analysis of emerging resources.
