Description

The IESO is seeking a Service Provider to provide a Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) solution comprised of a secure web-based portal (“Web Portal”) with full administrative control by the IESO.

The Web Portal will contain confidential and sensitive information and as such it must be secure. The information stored in the Web Portal will be used by the IESO and external parties. The IESO will obtain metrics related to Web Portal activities for the purposes of reporting to regulatory bodies. The Web Portal must be customizable by IESO resources.

The Service Provider will be expected to provide 24x7 support for the solution.
