Description

Faculty of Business would like to work with an external consultant to perform in-depth operational and service reviews of all retail outlets (existing Business School outlets and the outlets that will be acquired from the School of HRT). The Faculty of Business needs to ensure the following: the successful alignment of all retail outlets, student’s experiential learning is supported, and each outlet has a culture of continuous improvement.
