NOTE:

MANDATORY SITE VISIT

The mandatory site visit will be held at LRC Building entrance 1st floor at Humber College, 205 Humber College Blvd. Toronto ON M9W 5L7, from June 17 to June 19,2020. All the vendors should send request for site visit to Rebecca @ Rebecca.Muyal@humber.ca to schedule site visit before June 16, 2020 by 12noon. Request your time slot for site visit based on the schedule sheet (Attachment 6.1). Only five (5) contractors will be permitted onsite at one time slot. There shall be only one representative from each company/contractor. Covid screening form(Attachment 6.2) has been enclosed and need to fill in before site visit and send to Rebecca @ Rebecca.Muyal@humber.ca.
