This Request for Proposal is being issued by Humber to obtain Proposals from Proponent(s) for the supply of a Budget, Forecasting & Planning Tool (“Goods”), together with related services (“Services”) (collectively, the “Goods and Services”).

The Goods and Services are designed to integrate the strategic planning objectives with the budgeting process allowing college departments and faculties to accommodate strategic plan tactics as part of the departments forecasting and planning process.
