Description

The Preferred Proponent shall be required to enter into an agreement Washers Disinfector and Cart Washer substantially in the form of the draft agreement attached in the Form of Agreement Schedule. The Agreement will be signed on or around May 2018 and no obligation on the part of Hôpital Montfort shall arise until such time as the Agreement is signed (provided that the terms of this RFP shall apply between the Hôpital Montfort and each compliant Proponent). The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of 3 year, with an option in favour of the Hôpital Montfort to extend the term of the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional period of up to 2 year
