Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any applicable statute relating to electronic documents transactions, including the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000, S.O. 2000, c. 17, any notice, statement, or other instrument provided in respect of the RFQ may not be validly delivered by way of electronic communication, unless otherwise provided for in this RFQ.
