To supply all labour, material, insurance and equipment to complete the whole of the work in the strict conformance with the specifications and tender form, and MOECC requirements as set out in Regulation 347, of the Environmental Protection Act and the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act.
The Bidder will be required to provide the management, design and operation of the proposed MHSW Program. In addition to this they shall provide transportation and processing services for material collected from the County’s MHSW event days as well as rejected hazardous and special waste from the Canborough Waste Management Facility (WMF), and future MHSW materials that may be added to the County’s Environmental Compliance Approval for the Canborough WMF. The Canborough WMF is located at 499 James Road, Dunnville. The Bidder shall also supply the County with a verified report per site (each event day [4 sites] and the Canborough WMF [1 site]), upon completion, detailing the following: I. Type, quantity, and destination of materials recycled II. Type, quantity and destination of materials landfilled III. Type, quantity and destination of materials – other
