Description

This Request for Proposal is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit proposals that achieve the best overall value to Grand River Hospital (GRH) in respect of the provision of a Policy Management System. The Purchasing Organization is seeking to satisfy the following objectives in issuing the RFP:

Automate policy maintenance and development work flows while allowing manual tasks;
Provide customization in functions such as workflows, review frequency, notifications and reporting;
Easily maintain a user database via integration with GRH active directory;
Archive outdated contents;
Document all activities automatically;
Generate routine and ad hoc custom reports on activities;
Enable dynamic document search by various parameters and by key words that are selected by subject matter experts; and
Provide convenient, easy and reliable on site and off site access to end users through cell phones and computers.
