Description

As per the original clause 8.1 under Terms & Conditions of the Pharmaceutical Sterile Compounding Service RFSQ #GRH 08-17-17. We are reopening this RFSQ for NEW potential vendors to be added to the VOR.

Clause states new suppliers will be invited to bid annually after the 3rd year.

The term for this RFSQ will be for (2) additional one (1) year terms, the optional extension period will be subject to negotiation and agreement by both parties. New suppliers will be invited to bid annually.
