Description

The objectives of this marketing are:

To develop a modernized benefit program that proactively addresses our multi-generational workforces’ health needs, while effectively managing utilization over the longer term;
To ensure GRH obtains the best quality in service and value from a group benefits provider;
To investigate the feasibility of cost savings through extended rate guarantees;
To implement a service level agreement with the selected provider;
To partner with a knowledgeable and forward thinking LTD claims manager;
To ensure GRH’s benefits plan is being managed in the most effective and efficient manner possible;
To make use of technology available in the marketplace for administration claims management and member services;
To encourage utilization of onsite pharmacy to control costs.

Eligible Proponents are requested to provide proposals in accordance with this RFP document.
