Grand River Hospital is interested in establishing a contractual agreement for grounds maintenance and snow removal services for all Grand River Hospital properties. A listing of these properties can be found below and the successful vendor will be responsible to maintain these properties in accordance with the outlined scope of work/service agreement as part of this RFP.

A mandatory pre-proposal site tour for all participating vendors is scheduled for Thursday September 12, 2019 from 9:00 AM EST to 12:00PM EST at the Main Site and from 1:30PM to 2:30PM at the Freeport Site. This tour will begin promptly at 9:00 am; and each vendor may send a maximum of 2 representatives.
