Description

Grand River Hospital (GRH) requires the services of an engineering consultant with the necessary knowledge and experience to assist in the creation of a refurbishment plan for the hospital parking garage at 835 King St. West, Kitchener, Ontario. GRH's immediate need is for a 15 year plan to allow us to continue safely using this parking facility

MANDATORY SITE MEETING

Bidders are invited to attend one of the mandatory site visits on Wednesday July 14, 2021. Due to COVID-19, each Proponent will only be permitted to have one (1) Representative attend the scheduled Site visit. Each representative will be screened for symptoms prior to visit and a mask will be provided, and must be worn at all times. Appointments at any other times will not be available. Meet at the Main entrance of the Kaufman Building 40 Green Street beside the parking garage and adjacent to the Cancer Centre. Public parking lot available at McLaren Arena.

Because of the current restrictions, we will be asking that you confirm your intent to attend the site visit by Friday July 9, and we will respond back to you by Monday July 12 , 2021 to confirm your scheduled time (between 1:00pm – 4:00pm) for the site visit on July 14, 2021
