23-006 - Emergency Department Expansion Project - Construction Management Services

Grand River Hospital (GRH) is requesting proposals for the provision of Construction Management Services for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Emergency Department Expansion Project. In an effort to maximize capacity for the overwhelmed Emergency Department, the ED Expansion Project aims to create a new “Rapid Assessment Zone” (RAZ) and will consist of Two (2) Phases. The general scope of the Construction Manager is to provide CM services throughout the Design, Pre-Construction, Construction, Commissioning and Closeout phases in the delivery of the Emergency Department Expansion Project. The CM is expected to be experienced in delivering high quality healthcare and/or hospital projects, and has the capability and necessary resources to deliver a full and comprehensive scope of services.
