The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission (“WorkplaceNL”) is inviting prospective applicants to submit proposals to supply a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution. The successful applicant will supply WorkplaceNL with a SIEM solution and the acquistion of professional services to install, configure, and integrate the solution.
The successful applicant will be required to provide all relevant information about the installation, upon completion, in both electrionic and paper formats. The successful applicant will be required to provide an operation and maintenance manual that will cover all components that is easily understood by the end user. WorkplaceNL may consider solutions that are implemented on-premise, through managed services or from a cloud hosted solution.
The successful applicant will be required to deliver the goods and services by December 31, 2019.
WorkplaceNL reserves the right to contract with one provider of services as required, to provide the required services. The term of the agreement will be for a period of five (5) years. WorkplaceNL will, in its sole discretion, have an option to extend the agreement by two (2) additional two (2) year terms each; and, one (1) additional one year term. The agreement can be extended up to five (5) years on the same terms and conditions.
