The Public Procurement Agency is publishing DRAFT RFP documents for suppliers to review and provide comments.

Please note some of the changes since the last RFP process which did not result in a contract: 

• New mandatory technical requirement (MTR) prohibiting expediated payment terms in exchange for charging additional fees;
• New MTR that requires the Contracted Supplier to pay Independent Suppliers within 30 days of services rendered;
• Please review Appendix D: Entity Specific Requirements in the main RFP document. Note that different entities have different payment terms.
• Removed MTR that prohibited proponents from withholding a portion of fuel discounts;
• Removed MTR that required proponent to enforce annual hourly rates at Independent Suppliers;
• The cap on the ad valorem has been removed;
