2022-2524 - Warehouse/Distribution Centre Space in St. John's and in Central or Western NL

Central Regional Health Authority (Central Health) is administering this Request for Proposals for interested proponents to submit proposals for obtaining two Provincial warehouses/distribution centers, one in St. John’s/Metro Area and one in the Central/Western Region. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in Schedule A, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
The preferred bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with Central Regional Health Authority for the provision of the specifications provided in this RFP for a contract period of fifteen (15) years with an option to extend the agreement by mutual consent of both parties for an additional two (2) five (5) year terms on the same terms and conditions as the original RFP.
Proposals should be submitted per proposed site (St. John’s/Metro Area and Central/Western Region) and bidders have the option to submit proposals for either or both of the desired sites. Award may be to a sole bidder for both sites, or to two different bidders to cover each of the sites.
