Central Regional Health Authority (Central Health) is administering this open call and requesting proponents to submit proposals for stairs #8 and #9 upgrades at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this open call, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
