Central Regional Health Authority (Central Health) is administering this open call on behalf of Labrador-Grenfell Health (Lab-Grenfell Health) to submit proposals for normal power electrical upgrades at Charles Curtis Memoiral Hospital in St. Anthony, NL. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this open call, as well as the Public Procurement Act.

Bidders are to submit:

1. A signed copy of the Bid/Tender Form document. Vendors must acknowledge that each of the addendums relative to this tender that were posted to the web site have been read and understood by completing the required section on the Bid/Tender form. Failure to complete this section may result in the bid submission being deemed non-compliant.

2. All other required information where applicable and as specified in the document, may include but not limited to, bid bond, performance bond, COR certification, Proof of liability insurance, Proof of Registration and Good Standing with Worker’s Compensation Commission, and product literature.

*Please Note: Digital bid bonds are required and must be electronically verifiable. Failure to do
so may result in a non-compliant bid.
